Mrs. Bhargavi Pagadala

Co-Founder/ Managing Director

 Mrs. BhargaviPagadala serves as the Managing Director and Co-founder of Global Parameters Offshore entity. Bhargavi in this position is responsible for strategic direction, offshore development activities, and administration of the Global Parameters in India. She also serves as a member of Global Parameters Executive Management team in developing strategies and implementation of the company’s future plans assisting in the growth of the company.
Global Parameters was established in 2007 as a Product development company developing software products in automotive domain and providing IT/ITES services for Automotive, Marketing, Property Management and Insurance domains.

Bhargavi built the offshore development team from infancy to a CMMI Level 3 company. Bhargavi in this role managed launch of various CRM portals, Pre Sales and Post sales products for the clients (Aspen Marketing Services, FSR). These portals assist all automotive dealers and customers with regard to e-campaign programs, pre-sales and post sales service programs and analytical/dashboard reporting.

Prior to Co-founding Global Parameters, Bhargavi has 12 + years experience in Business Intelligence \Data warehousing. Bhargavi worked in several different business domains leading the Business intelligence team in areas of BI Architecture, Data Modeling, Datamart Development, ETL Development, Database Administration and as a Lead Contact for Business users.

Mr. Ravi Paladugu - Associate Director

Mr. Ravi serves as an Associate director for Mobile Development & ERP Solutions. He is the founder of Anisrav IT Solutions. Prior to this he served many senior positions at AumneInc, Business Intelligence Solutions and HSBC.

Mr. Kumar Byakod – Associate Director

Mr. Kumar serves as a Associate Director for Business Process Management(BPM), IT Stratgey, Management, Enterprise Architecture and Technical Sales. He served as SOA/Principal Architect at HSBC, Idea integration and Encore dev.
